Education Qualification:
- a):- Bachelor’s degree with degree or diploma in Education.
- b):- Minimum Five years’ teaching experience in any school.
- C):- Compulsory qualification:- Working Knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script an knowledge of Rajasthan Culture.
Age Limit:-
- Candidate applying online for RPSC Head Master Recruitment 2018 should be 24 years to 40 years. Candidates of reserved category will be exempted from the age limit as per the rules of the Government of India
- OBC Category Candidates age relaxation 3 years
- SC / ST Category Candidates age relaxation 5 year

Scheme of examination and syllabus for the post of Headmaster Secondary School
(1) The examination shall carry 600 marks.
(2) There will be two papers. Both the Papers shall be of 300 marks each. Duration of both the Papers shall be Three hours each.
(3) All the question in both the Papers shall be Multiple Choice Type questions.
(4) Negative marking shall be applicable in the evaluation of answers. For every wrong answer one-third of the marks prescribed for that particular question shall
be deducted.
Explanation:- Wrong answer shall mean an incorrect answer or multiple answers.
